Recycling Waste PET Bottles into Polyester Staple Fibre

To produce a replacement material from plastic waste, we do the manufacture of recycled polyester staple fiber from consumed PET bottles. Reprocessed polyester staple fiber is an artificial synthetic fiber prepared from PET/polyester waste and post-used PET bottles. Polyester staple fibre gives good flexibility properties. It is used to make carpets, wadding, and filtration industries, as a polyfill for stuffing premium cushions, pillows, soft toys, and quilts. It’s also used for making geotextiles.

Recycling of PET waste and used PET bottles is necessary to preserve the hygiene of the environment.
